Youth Player Wages

Youth players are consider full time employees of your club and as such they are paid full time wages. As with senior players their minimum weekly wages are set based on their skill level and international reputation.

If a youth player is selected for a B International they will receive an automatic pay rise. The value of the pay rise depends on the player’s skill at the time the game is played.

2	£1,000	+ £20 per week
3	£1,500	+ £40 per week
4	£2,000	+ £40 per week
5	£3,000	+ £100 per week

As with your senior playing staff, a youth team player’s wages can never decrease, even if a player drops a skill point.
